Vacuum pose should be mandatory. That would make the competition more competitive and more interesting.
Yes it should be a MUST!
I'd like to see classic physique require more classic poses including the vacuum. why have a division that's basically a downsized 212?
Yes it should be mandatory pose.
No it shouldn't noy everyone could do a vacuum even back during the golden era and im talking champions……
Maybe not a mandatory pose but they should definitely have at least a best vacuum pose award just like the people’s champ
Hey dummy! Hate to point out the obvious. Your hands overheadthigh abdominal pose is your chance to hit your vacuum. It’s one and the same. Frank Zane did both
Pose …Pose… pose
Yes vacuum in for me
vacum is for ppl with bad abs
When I was a bodybuilder in the 90's, I could hit a vacuum and I was never really lean.
Tell Phil Heath to hit a vacuum at the 19 Olympia
check the counter argument

Arnold seems to be they type of guy that would compare an in shape average Joe to the new breed of bodybuilders and give the average Joe athlete props just to show how ridiculous new bodybuilding is.
Kinda hard to do a good vacume pose when you look like you're 12 months pregnant.
Heavy DUTY mike
It shouldn't be mandatory, but give bonus points if the person can hit a vacume pose, that way you get an insentive to train and do a vacume pose.
I think the same vacuum should be on and lean muscular.
Some bodybuilders are just to big in my opinion.
Last year I thought Chris would win Olympia.
You should at least be able to hit it. It’s classic physique
Yes the vacuum pose should be mandatory in not only classic but open as well. Bodybuilding starts and ends with the midsection. When the judges stopped caring about the midsection is when bodybuilding died.
Vacuum looks like it hurts
it's like their identity so yes they should
I think George looked great, which is the most important thing. I don't think the Vacuum should be mandatory because it's the Classic Physique division and not the Classic Pose division, so it's ultimately about the overall aesthetics – But the Vacuum Pose comes from having strong Transverse Abdominis and that's something that guys like Arnold and Zane trained for, so it should at least be given bonus points. I think the vacuum is also a pretty cool way for the classic division to stand out from an open division that's criticised for having bubble guts.
Are we just some simps discussing this on YouTube? or Could this actually happen? It should if it's possible for this message to get up there
