If I'm not mistaken Ronnie Coleman actually used a doctor for his enhancement so if you're under a doctor's care and have been prescribed the compounds it is totally allowwed.
As for cops on gear I think if they are there needs to be a psychological aspect to be looked at. Especially when coming off the head games that come with it
If the police are anything like the military to get in trouble for you using peds you have to be caught with it in the act so chances are, you would never get caught lol.

I've been a cop for 12 years and can say that I've never seen anyone charged for just using steroids. The only time I've seen steroids involved in a charge is when a drug dealer has been busted for trafficking something like cocaine, meth, heroine etc, and after the warrant to search their residence is conducted large quantities of steroids were also found so charges for that are added to the laundry list.

Steroid use is illegal unless you're prescribed them by a Medical Dr.. So in short, no, cops should not be allowed to use them. Not even sure why that's even a question.
In a lot of ways i see it as beneficial for officers, lets be honest would anyone try and resist arrest if Ronnie Coleman was trying to arrest you. 😂
