That’s an off-season vacuum. It’s not Gonna be as impressive as bumsteads stage vacuum as you just showed..

Breon has better arms than Chris Bumsted. Chris's biceps are flat as hell and breon's are full and peaky.
I’m a medical student, and I enjoy watching these videos because I get to mentally label the muscles as these guys move without any dissections, lol. Even very tiny muscles in regular people are just monstrous in these guys!
Vacuum pose is overrated it’s impressive when you can’t do it and then you learn how to do it All it shows is your stomach control

He should absolutely not hit a vacuum pose on stage as it will only highlight the other competitors better vacuums, mostly Bumstead.

Vacuum pose is a typical classic physique pose. Breon may not be able to execute a vacuum pose very nicely, but he is untouchable on the rest of the poses, so he doesn’t need a vacuum pose to win
Instead of having a mandatory weight restriction.. just have a mandatory POSES ( ie: Vacuum Pose / Side Tri-ceps / and Ground pose ) – Basically you judge the overall poses ( not body part ) – This will automatically limits OVERSIZED bullcrap.. Also let the Legends judge this contest. The IFBB judges have no creditability but guys like Lee Haney/ Frank Zane / The Lion of Lebanon etc. crowning a Classic Physique winner has more meaning..

I don't feel he should have won, he had some minor gyno on his right pec, and "X" style of posing, showing off the adductors just doesn't look classic to me

Vacuum pose is more technicals than attribute. Just cause some guy can shrink his waist line skinnier than a girl, doesn't make them a better body builder. And to be honest it's not even attractive. A fit guy should flex the 6 pack, a fat guy puffs out the chest and sucks in the gut. I put vacuum pose and bubble gut on same level.
