Hey great video Scott! But will this hinder muscle growth? I'd really like to drop from 8% to 6% BF. But I'm kinda worried about loosing some of my actual muscle size if I do too many fat burning workouts. Do you think I'll have this problem if I use this workout?

8 exercises,2-3 circuits,15-20 reps..30-60 secs rest:
Jump rope-2 minutes
Floor Crunch
Fusion glide (its like a mountain climber but sideways )
Incline Push-up superset with Decline push up and clap
Burpee and jack
Bench Dip (tricep dip)
Alternating Superman
Hover Glide (get into push up position but with a wider stance)
Jumping rope- Easy enough
Floor Crunch- Easy enough
all of them seem easy enough, until…
Hover Glide- What hell is this?
