Right now it says "The Omar Isuf workout" and just leads to his channel, having nothing to do with you.
No it's not an actual video. It's an ad that changes titles depending on the video you're watching, it then redirects you (if you clicked it) to a vid that has nothing to do with the made up title. Just don't click the ad (it looks exactly like a vid so its a little tricky) but it's always the top one and in yellow.
Does anyone know what brand of protein powder omar uses? I've been trying different brands lately but I just can't seem to find one that is comfortable on my stomach..

Body Fortress Whey Isolate IMO is the best bang for your buck protein. It has a high protein ration per scoop, much higher then many higher-end proteins you would find at GNC and Popeyes.
Great content, Omar. Got a question, my shoulders are lagging so i'm thinking if i should train them with isolation exercises 2,3 times a week with other body parts, on top of my chest and shoulder day which involves compound movements. I would appreciate any input.
