Interested to hear how exactly you changed your routine based upon the genetics test? You seem like a very natural athlete and aware of what your body responds to through various stimulus i.e. exercises, rep ranges, ROM, intensity, and different foods (protein/carb/fibre sources, and timing). How extreme are you going with modifying your training?

Do you have any Suggestion for work outs for gaining about 15lbs for bulking for Full Contact Football. I have about 9 months to work on this and my head coach basically said I just need to be able to take a hit and not get hurt. I am currently about 178lbs and on the lean-ish side.

Anyway wanted to say thanks for that protein pancake recipe you uploaded ages ago. Gf and I pretty much live off that for our snack or breakfast. Its the best protein pancake recipe we have ever found and we have tried 99% of them.
