scot i have a whole in my chest and as my chest gets bigger it shows more….. is there anything i can do to fix this? maybe close hang grip on bench? or start doing pushups?

Hey scott, I have watched many of your videos and i have just started weights. When i was about 6 i broke my arm and am now double jointed on my right arm. So, i can not really use some of the techiques you have shown me because the dumbell is not even touching my body. Should i move the dumbell to the front of my body?

Secondly , because of my arm, some chest excercises such as flys mean that my elbow bone is just sticking up and after doing about 10 reps with one kilo, the arm really starts to hurt. I am using heavier dumbells for bicep curls so my arms are capable when in a different position. Do you have any advice for me?
