Teens can use it, however use with caution.. dont take the full amount of 2 scoops until you have seen how it affects your body and no.. if you are cycling a creatine product, N.O.-Xplode will not take its place. there is creatine in N.O.-Xplode, but it is not a creatine replacement. 🙂

Hey Scott, big fan.
I have a problem.. torn lateral meniscus in the knee.. that means i cant squat, cant do any leg extensions.
Now ive heard that it is very important to work out your legs in order to grow cause that releases more testosterone and growth hormones into ur bloodstream.
Since im injured what can I do to compensate?
Will working out just the calves do the trick?

Hi Scott, Have you been doing something Different in your workouts, you look great, please post a video on that, and i was wondering if you could tell me how to get more cut. i am already pretty big, but not sculpted. i actually have one more question and that is that, please i always feel so sore after workouts , and was wondering how to stretch or eat right to reduce that effect. thank you
