Just i question I was injured for around 5 months, i tore a few muscles in my leg/ankle/foot, and havent touched weights since then… today i tried to do my normal biceps workout, and found it easy. its basically a drop set for 75×10 > 55×10> 40×15 3 times, but when i went to Alt biceps curls the pump in my arm was so intense i couldnt even finish the first drop set 35×12 > 25×10> 15×20, Is this normal? and what workouts would you recommend for me?
