scott you told that tension on the wrist occurs in bench pressing too, as in the ply-push ups. but when we feel pressure while bench pressing(too much weight), we can either twist a little bit to change the position of the wrist to prevent injury or even stop lifting and holding the bar instead. but when performing ply-push ups, i dont think we can have time to prevent possible injury because it is short-time reaction and we might not find time to adjust wrist or stop dong it. what do you think?

Check out my video on "lateral Shuffle" you can even do it slowly on a treadmill. YOu need to get used to side to side movements again 🙂
