@ScottHermanFitness I think u should definatly go for it ive been studying vince training methods i heard he did it for 10×10 thoughout the day (2-3 times a wk) u should also try his chest dips (chin tucked to the chest on dip bar with feet parallel to face and pointed down and elbows wide and out) to get a wider chest…good luck !!!

Scott, vacuuming isn't pulling and flexing it's blowing out your air and pure pulling in no flexing. It's impossible to flex while doing a full vacuum because they are the opposite of each other. No hate. Just sayin.
