Hey Scott, First time poster on your videos (I love them) and generally new guy to personal fitness. But I have a question. My PT has me eating Eggs for breakfast. two egg omelettes to be precise. What would you (or your community) Recommend for lunch (after a workout and a protein shake). Any help from anyone would be appreciated.
