Whats it with you and vacuum poses and bicep peaks? I like it when competitors can hit it but how many videos can a person make on the vacuum pose? I mean you have an audience and competitors are listening but its seriously getting old. Please evaluate the whole physique. We share the fact that all we have is arms on our own physiques. But, I'm smart enough to realize that bicep peaks and vacuum poses are icing on the cake basically. I'm an NPC judge. When I'm analyzing a physique, the ability to hit a vacuum pose or a competitor's bicep peaks are the last things I'm thinking about.

Hey Nick big fan of your channel I’ve recently been involved in a hit and run that’s left me with broken hip snapped ball of my femur and fractured spine 2 weeks ago I’ve had 2 major surgeries now I know you’re really busy after reporting on the Olympia. If you get chance please can you please do a vid on bodybuilders who’ve come back from bad leg or hip injuries please really need some inspiration atm bro. Just because he can hit a vacuum does not mean he can win mr olympia yeas it might look good but there are other factors that need to be fulfilled to win mr olympia and as to shawn rhoden that guy really needs to build up his back when he hits a back lat spread his whole back is flat no cuts no thickness one of the worst backs ive seen for a me olympia winner…this competition is not all about abs
