Banana/ Strawberry shake is very great tasting shake and beneficial to athletes.
Bananas contain a lot of potassium which maintains fluid levels in the body to help prevent muscle cramping and muscle soreness. Strawberries are also high in potassium, but also high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and have proven to help prevent heart attack and strokes.

It doesnt taste bad at all, you shoudnt critique it before you try it. And I dont drink any supplements such as protein powder.
DEFFINATELY giving this a try. I make smoothies all the time, but I really preffer berry ones and dont know many recipees.

its just easier to get a lot of fruit in to your diet, imagine eating blueberries an avocado and an apple on top of that.
use cacao powder instead of cocoa, same taste just with all the antioxidants and nutrients because roasting the bean takes a lot of them out
You can do this with almost every kind of fruit, i have even done it with avocado but i add sugar to help the flavor and yes u can add whey protein or whatever u feel like.

WTF 1 banana thwarts off soreness is bullshit! put 10 bananas and frozen strawberies in and you will definately thwart off soreness and you will be at the same time replenishing the loss glycogen from your workouts,
