Had my daughter Lila via C-section a year ago, and have had so many problems keeping my weight down. This is a fast workout and I can do it while my daughter is napping or watching cartoons. thanks for a great workout even a mom can do!

Thanks, I used to go jogging for an hour but I didn't t have time considering the traffic I ran into in the mornings in nairobi. So I planned for 3hrs to fit my 1 hrs jog but with your work outs I have the exact time I need, great results and no traffic. Great thanks.

love this tutorial but after I had Bursitis months ago I can't leave my arms hanging in the air for more than a minute because my shoulder felt frozen and painful.
