To be fair as soon as he tried to hit any arm shots he went really small and only looked good doing different most muscular type poses he had a really small frame and was dwarfed during any comparison. But still a awesome bodybuilder and definitely a uncrowned MR O 👍
I think him and Arnold are the same level. Both have different looks, but both great. He deserved a mr olympia for sure!
King of aesthetic
Serge has athletic looking legs. Legs don’t need to be oversized and cartoonish. His upper body lightly overpowers his lower body is one of the reasons he is so aesthetic.
IMO, Serge Nubret should have beaten Arnold in 1975. But then, judging bodybuilding is subjective there really is no good reason to question the judges' conclusion.

He should've won '75 in my opinion. He looked easily better conditioned than Arnold.

Well he's good but what about his back? I saw some shots of his back in 1972 and he didn't look so good compared to sergio and arnold
He is another reason Arnold is the GOAT. Look at what Arnold was competing against, Serge was absolutely spectacular as was Oliva, Zane, Columbo, Lou etc.

You got a few facts wrong. They didn't say that he wasn't in shape. It was because he was way bigger and more cut than both arnold and lou. Lou didn't even want to compete after he saw serge prior to the scandal. so this why they made up the porno allegations to give them selves an excuse to keep him out of olympia. when they saw how he had lost weight because he had stopped training, they called him back again. He was still cut but not as big as arnold anymore. And that's why the debate always end with "well arny was bigger"
About the money and pay, it wasn't because they were not going to pay him enough, it was because they were offering him pnuts compared to arnold and lou. And that's why he said that he would have prefered them asking him to do it for free rather than disrespect him like that.
Yet even then, if you can find the tapes,( I think they are on dad's now), you can still see how he stole the show when he came on stage. Don't forget that arnold and lou were representatives of America and the weider training regiments and equipment.
