My grandparents are old around in their 70s and want to introduce them to exercise. Should I do this with them?
Thank you so much for this. I've just recently come out of surgery after a bad leg break. I have very limited mobility at the moment below the waist (only one leg), so I would love more of the seated exercises for the upper body. I would not like to think I am completely fading away while I'm recovering. Thank you xx

I am matila and Iv'been dieting since 2 years and haven't lost even 2lbs .
I eat only brunch and nuts in eve , I do execrise in morning and evening but still my weight is 200lbs
please suggest something
Thanks Lucy I've modified it to suit myself I can't do toe raises as it pains me with MS so I do the tap does on this 60seconds
Also use my Zimmer frame as I don't actually owe chair

This is brilliant! My senior mum recently broke her shoulder, and has lost her overall mobility range. I can definitely show her some of these moves, and work towards the others in future. 👌❤️

I appreciate that you show the options with a chair. I do my walking workouts on my small trampoline to keep my joint impact minimum. 😊 So much effectiveness and fun!
