Do you have some abs workouts exercises for someone who has a disability but isn’t in a wheelchair please? I’ve been looking for some everywhere but everytime there are things I can’t do like for instance raising my legs high etc…
My goal is to lose fat and flatten my stomach

Excellent for dementia patients in residence, albeit a wee bit slower tempo for them.

Excellent! I can't get down to the floor for exercising and get back up again. Standing for more than a few minutes is also a big problem due to a rare condition and, as a result, I have put on a lot of weight and become very much out of condition so these exercises are perfect for me. Thank you.

Not proper Chairobics with music. Your workout is dead boring.

I've just completed my first "go" with his video. It was fine except that I can't do it in real time with you because you go so fast. I'm 74 and have arthritis and lumbar and cervical spine nerve root compression. I was able to attempt all the exercises, but it was annoying to have to keep stopping and stating the video to move onto the next exercise.
Maybe you could do one in slower time for us real oldies?
