Was just wondering if you have ever heard of the supplement called force factor nitric oxide pre-workout. I have been looking for a good pre-workout supplement but most of them I find have ridiculous amounts of creatine and caffeine in them and seem sketchy. But then I found force factor. All the ingredients are pretty natural and it is creatine and caffeine free. tell me what you think of it.

Is it okay to get all your protein from one source. For example, from whey protein or just chicken breast?

I want to build a lean and toned body & increase my strength at the same time. Should I lift heavy weight with 6-8 reps or weight that can challenge me with 12-15reps. I don’t mind gaining little bit of muscle here and there as I’m happy with my muscle size but want to get the definitions & be toned.

@TheUncutAngel well it depends on how your chest reacts but if your still sore and not on anything to keep you anabolic I'd just wait until it not sore. Presses and flies. Stick to the basics and don't stop pushing it.

@likkledee3 that's funny I don't feel fat. I can cut 34% bodyfat in less than 24 hours so I'm not too worried on beach days. You type like a skinny guy haha

@srt8up4shot not to sound like a know it all, but I know this, NO 🙂 start out with 10 – 15 reps, train light the first half year atleast, you will build muscles very fast the first year. meaning your muscless doubles the strenght in a month and your tendons doubles it strength in one year.
So you should just go to the gym and som some light weight traning 🙂

It's in the scientific literature that arginine supplementation doesn't produce NO increases. NO is an extremely short lived molecule, so you can't even eat it. It disappears. I am really interested in knowing what is in this "proprietary blend." I don't take supplements…I don't trust the company not to put steroids in them so you get results and buy more product. There's no supplement regulation in the USA and 20% of them have been found to be impure or not what it says.

i heard from a natural bodybuilder that doing chest and triceps is bad idear and back and biceps case you will over train your biceps and triceps,
im doing chest and biceps monday, tuesday shoulders and triceps, wednesday legs, thursday back and chest is this good? this natural bodybuilder said thats a good workout plan, cause he won mr uneverse in 1982 and hes natural and realy muscly, but im not gaining any muscle, i know muscle building takes ages, but im not growing,
