I think the best way to gain muscle is to switch up your routine every week. I do compound exercises heavy 3-6 rep range and 5 sets. Then I do isolation exercises 8-12 reps, sometimes even up to 15-20 with ligher weight. Also dropsets / supersets. I mainly focus on combound movements to gain strenght and then isolation to gain pump and endurance.

Really some stuff in that reports contradict… 1st you should not eat many carbs cuz your genes … but then you also not good at utilizing fat as a fuel … then what is your fuel ? Certainly protein is the hardest of the 3 to get converted and used as a fuel and that's a fact . Next thing is .. you should keep out fats cuz genes .. but then  when talking about testosterone they suggest you to eat saturated fats to get the T high… like , wtf 🙁 I watched that video cuz I wanna know after everything I know about nutrition and that includes all topics at bb dot com + the science part .. do I still need to check my genes ,but after that contradicting reports I think it is not worth it since ill be only getting general stuff from them and nothing new.. and at the end they will tell me to not eat this for that reason and on the next page there will be in order to increase this you should eat what we told you is not good for you on the previous page .. 🙁

High proportion low twitch fibers. Poor recovery. Prone to gaining body fat. Poor testosterone response. Still buff as shit.

So if there are two options here is a way to save some money. Try low volume training for 10 weeks, see if it works. If it doesn't, try the other one for 10 weeks.

i have a gene for high endurance my body can metabolize sugar and not gain weight but i am susceptible to diabetes heart issues but i went through 23&me and the wife went through a different site to find everything else out

I workout 6 times per week hit 3 times each muscle in a week pull/push split moderate volume. I was eating junk food a lot drinking coke at least 2 liters per day 3 years ago (was addicted to it) tho didn't gain noticeable fat and i never got exhausted from my workouts so this means i got the superhuman genes ? 🙂 Also i am a natural bodybuilder I'm not even using crappy supplements. My body looks stubborn it doesn't change with outside intervention i gain muscle fast for a while then it stops. My body does't change its only gain fat as my age increase.
