I am doing this for last two days but my legs starts very heavy pain and my legs are thicker but I do this exercise for thiner legs
What none sence
Did this yesterday, didn't feel that it worked my boot but as it turns out, my glutes and glute medius are equally as sore as my quads!
You should thank me for pausing halfway through so we could both have a longer break
