Do you have any tips for weight loss for someone with a hypothyroid? I've been trying to lose weight and recently learned I have have hypothyroid. Also thank you for all the work out videos and tips they have helped me workout more and a be a healthier person.

This is so helpful and perfect timing! I just set a goal for myself to go on a run every day. Is there a certain running "form" you should follow though? All my friends say different things about the importance of having a certain running form but I can't figure it out.

it's been a week I started running on alternate days along with ur monthly challenge and I feel fitter from inside. I just had one question that I suddenly feel my skin soft on my waist n outer thighs. Is this normal or am I getting loose skin losing fat? Will really appreciate if you can answer my question, understanding all the hard work you put in getting lucyssquad healthy and fit.
