I really tried to get into this workout, but it's just way too all over the place.

I usually can follow your routines quite well but today… I don't know if it is that I'm having a bad day in general or that butt exercises are the hardest for me but it felt impossible to do it 🙁 next time I'll do it better, I promise.

If you aren't coordinated you should skip this workout. It is a mess. And not enough reps to see a difference. I don't feel sore, I feel irritated
