A lot of those side effects could be because he was in coma for 18 days before altopsey was done he had tubes ventilator keeping him alive while his body was dieing preparing to shut down.

Like I said previously hypertrophic cardiomyopathy causes severe electrophysiological disturbances by scaring alone thus causing lethal arrhythmia leading to death. All of that combined with the other chronic conditions is sad and a great argument for his cause of death. Maybe it has nothing to do with it but I treat ex body builders and steroid abusers and majority of them have cardiac transplants.
Most of these things are not common for a ordinary fit 46 year old.

You need to see the toxicology now which will most likely reveal anabolic steroids.Ask any one these drugs are very dangerous to take.Any expert will tell you the drug Rich might have used and it’s deadly side effects.

A Formula One car is pushed to the max from day one and naturally the strains and stresses of that shorten it's life span. Any way you slice it (bad autopsy joke) being unnaturally muscular is not what our bodies are meant to be. If you have to fuel your need for inhuman muscles with tons of different "enhancing" substances then it's nature's way of showing you that you aren't meant to be that way. Usually nature and your body will give you a few heads up that you should choose a different path before you just expire. People please pay attention to those warning signs before your family has to visit you at the cemetery.
