Actually Nick, according to Rich no one uses synthol anymore i believe there is a new compound, which inflames the area around the muscle creating a look of more fullness, according to rich synthol was pretty much garbage and didn't work well for most who experimented with it

I love this channel, always has great and honest content, but in one of his last videos rich doing a bunch of diff poses… including the front double bicep. so unfortunately this videos statements are not fact… he in fact did do that specific pose. it didnt look very impressive but it wasnt bad either… nothing against nick, lime i said im a fan of urs.
