This was a different practice to what I have encountered before with Adriene. I thoroughly enjoyed it, found it very challenging and defo one to practice. Thank you so much for all your magical classes 🙏🏾🧚🏼♀️✨
Cultivate Day 19: This may be a foundations practice, but it was challenging (in a good way). There's a bonus, too, which is that it's supposed to be good for digestion! I'd like to come back to this session in the future.
This was a tough one for me, couldn't lift my knee off the ground on left side and fell twice but was fine on right side. It was a full body experience for sure.
Completely adore this side sequence…Makes the difference in my body, feeling right at the end of it! I shared and ticked;🙋🏻♀️ Namastêê.🧘🏻♀️🌺

Tumbled to the floor like a wet rag 😂 a few years ago falling out of poses would have really frustrated me but now I just appreciate the reminder to stay humble and add this practice to my weekly list and hopefully I'll see improvements in time 🙏

Phew! This was pretty challenging for me today!
This is a pretty challenging practice. Couldn't quite hit all those poses but that's OK 👌
Some tricky twists but this practice felt like it lasted about 5 min! I'm on day 50 of yoga every day and one thing that's changed since I started is I never want the videos to end!

Managed to finish today—(didn’t yesterday as i was feeling dizzy with sinus pressure) but today, found it hard to do the twist with one hand on ground outside of opposite leg! Did my best anyway, thank you for sticking with me, 😄 Adriene!

This was a humbler. Could barely lift up the back knee during the revolved side angle, but that's okay; it is something to work towards to. My body feels wrung out but in a good way 🙂 Thank you for the practice Adirene, Namaste.
Super effective! Lifting the back knee to a low Lunge – yikes, quite challenging 😊
