How does 525×3 approach 585? I also find it interesting that you hit 565 after hitting 510×3. Would this have anything to do with fast/slow twitch muscle fiber composition?
Is it good to have a hypertrophy week? I've been doing 5×5 deadlifts for 2 months now, PR is at 285. I've been doing pyramid sets up to 215-235 for a few weeks now, but I'm wondering if it's a good idea if lets say for one week, I'll do 10×5 for 135 just for the hypertrophy?

My lifts are pathetic lol… I have been only lifting for a year now and I still can only bench 2 reps 220lbs max, and because I have minor back problems I try not to lift more than 200lbs (my body weight is around 185lbs) when it comes to deadlifts and squats.
Is it the angle or do you have chicken legs?
