I do these workouts one day before, so my rest day is in Saturday. Also really love the nutrition idea, I need a better alternative to chocolate 😂

Try answering a q&a question on a rest day.

Sounds good Lucy! I agree with another commenter that a Q and A would be fun!

Yes to food advice👍🏼 and also could you please suggest what to eat before workout? I know loads of people workout first thing in the morning(empty stomach ) is that alright ??

I like the idea of quick recipes, but could you also (maybe one day per week) talk a bit more about what healthy nutrition is.  There are lots of ideas and definitions out there, so hearing some of the details of your definition would be helpful.

There are too many challenges back-to-back. I eat super healthy already. You could add an "did you know"-section about health – there's tons of things people don't know about! Bonus for exercises aimed for people with back problems or other handicaps and that they're done standing. Some people can't stand up, some people loathe it. Some people can't sit down (like me).

I love the idea of the November challenge but personally I'd love if the nutrition videos were around 5 minutes instead of 60seconds. Love your channel Lucy !!

Hi Lucy! I've just been checking out your website LWRFITNESS.COM for some healthy eating tips, there's loads of inspirational info, it's great! I'm really enjoying doing the workouts on you tube & I feel more enenergised. I'd like to see some meal plans please & any supplements you recommend 💖 Thank you 💘☺

I like the idea of the challenge. I've been doing your workouts since June so I now prefer the harder ones (can't believe I'm even saying that 👍🏼💪🏼) so this month I've done 2 of the HIIT and 1 toning video per day. It would be good to get some longer and harder videos, maybe like a 12-15min HIIT and all over body workout xxx

Since you do have so many workout videos already on your channel, on the nutrition days you could leave a link to an older video so you are still having a workout set up for each day? So a new one gets uploaded one day and then a random old one the next, with all the nutrition videos 🙂

Would love one day a calorie busting workout and the next day a 20min or so yoga workout with maybe a quick talk on nutrition ..

Your idea for November sounds awesome; I feel like im struggling in the nutrition department.

I like the idea of the calorie burning workouts, but are you going to let us know your weight/height range so we can guesstimate our calorie burn better? i'd like to have some general idea of around how many calories I am burning with your workouts (without having to buy a fitbit), but just knowing how much you burn doesn't really give me an idea of how much I burn.
I'm definitely excited for nutrition! But you don't need to make them 60 seconds. I would definitely watch anything under 8 minutes.

Hi Lucy, one day calorie burning alternating with nutrition would be lovely. I wouldn't mind if the nutrition clips were longer than 60 seconds cos I always enjoy learning about what healthy nutrition is plus love getting ideas for new recipes.
