Low fat isn't always the healthiest option. People with anxiety are more prone to watch their diet in a way that may not be healthy and it may become an obsession and lead to excessive exercise and seeing oneself "bloated" when they're not and eating disorders and not the least orthorexia. Not everyone have weight issues even though they think so. Being underweight isn't healthy either. These are pure facts from the real life I've experienced myself with my fellow people.

I have a rug like that and at first my cat hated it and she refused to even step on it. finally she started to love it and laying on it and still does occasionally!

Lovely video, Lucy! I enjoyed every detail of it. It was so nice to get you know just a little bit better and closer. 😀 You are such a wonderful person and I am happy for you and congrats on your Sun success. You definitely deserved it so very much. The 😻 s are beautiful. They were hilarious sitting around the new rug doing nothing. 😁 But then came the tuna 😉 and the little catyoga 😘 was so adorable. You are so lovely Lucy. I laughed at the cats turning their backs on the rug:)) Your eyebrows are perfect and you have such beautiful eyes. Loved this video so much. I am going to a family wedding in February and am so worried I'm going to overdo it with food in December. I will have about 6 weeks to get back into shape after Christmas so looking forward to whatever you give us in January. Keep up the amazing work and more vlogs would be amazing. LOVE everything about this too Lucy!!! Made for lunch little bit ago and eating now your lunch recipe and its absolutely delicious and so easy to make..so much flavor, never thought to put low fat cream cheese with the tuna, but it works..this will be my go to lunch lol! I think your eyebrows suit you well, I mean the colour looks just perfect. And your eyelashes are just perfect, too. Loved the October and September challenges! i did what I could; getting down on the floor and back standing up is impossible if I try to do that kind of a workout, so it's absolutely awesome that you showed options to those moves. It is important to have alternatives to be able to to do the whole workout. So all thanks to you, Lucy.

Hi Lucy your eyebrows r great , I had mine done today like you I have them done once a month a little treat love your videos I am making maintaining weight as I've lost over 2 stone and I have a lovely shape got my waist back . Love the exercises and the walks thank you .
