I'm not obese but I'm overweight.. I'm. 65kg n I'm 5.4 feet n 42 yrs.. I love Ur workouts.. But Wud this help me.. I mean I'm heavy on my mid riff..butt n shoulders.. Which workouts Wud help me loose w8.. Pls help

I have only just found your channel today and of course subbed, you are like a breath of fresh air. I have just started getting back into fitness after a back injury and I am loving it, these Lucy Squad videos seem brilliant, I hope you do more in the future. I am full of cold at the moment so I am unable to do them but as soon as I am better I am going to do them all. Thank you for these videos, I cannot wait to try them out and fingers crossed feel the results.
i have a bad habit of eating junk snacks not so much meals but just snack's. Please recommend some treats that have protein in and that are sort of cheap! i am deaf gonna try week 3 and try them even tho i am so bad at sticking with it! i need to know how i can keep fit and what part shall i start from again because i did it before and i worked out every saturday morning at 10 am then for some random reason i stopped and i dunno why i haven't got back into it and in school i do spin classes for pe and i can see a massive difference and i have seen a massive difference because i was on holiday with my family and my cousins and we walked for 6hrs non stop from the campsite to the beach and if we went by car it would've taken 10-15 mins. I started the march challenge late, so I've been trying to do 3 workouts in one day to catch up and finish with you, does that work?
