If you don’t sleep enough, you put your body under stress. If you are stressed, you can’t get the results you want. Stress makes it hard to gain muscle and lose fat. Stress makes it DIFFICULT to lose weight when your body is not well rested!
SO! Today, I am showing you a full bed time stretching routine that will relax you and get you ready to fall asleep. Do this with me at night and you will have a deeper, more relaxing sleep that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and recharged when you wake up! These stretches will also help you increase flexibility.

I’ve done this video before but always on the mat, and let me tell you doing it in bed is a GAME CHANGER. Uhh, I feel SO relaxed. Between the soft pillows/mattress, Cassey’s voice, and stretching my limbs, I found myself on the verge of falling right asleep 💤 ☁️

I have yet to stretch today. It's been non stop for hurricane preparedness. Just chilling out at 1:50. I think I'll switch today and Tomorrows lol cuz I moved around so much stuff today outside. Ill take that for my workout 💪🏻

This was extra challenging doing this in bed at 1 am while my boyfriend slept 😂😅😅
I like firm beds and I will never tell my ballet teacher I did this routine because you never want to open your chest up in ballet despite what everyone thinks you want to close that ribcage and tuck your pelvis in until it's almost under you

wow so i know im late but this video made me realize i am NOT flexible WHATSOEVER. i couldnt do any of the poses where you’re supposed to bend forward. my back is so so stiff. i promise im going to start taking care of myself 😭😭😭😭.
