You make it look so easy and natural. I wish to do all the steps so perfectly like you soon.
More stretching videos, please!! They are so needed and help so much! I sit at a desk all day and then workout usually at night. I've found that my whole body has been so tight, especially my lower back. So it really helps to take 10+ minutes out before or after my workout to really just concentrate on stretching.
Love this! I do yoga often but sometimes don’t have the time for a longer practice after a 45 min HIIT so this was perfect for that! 💕 Thank you!!

can't say I enjoyed this one, didn't even finish it 🙁 too fast pace not very beginner-friendly. no time to connect to your breath in the beginning, not a lot of warm-up at all, not very much direction detail for getting the right position actually pulled something and stopped. first time I've come to your channel so maybe you have more beginner-friendly videos but just wanted to share some constructive criticism as well as my personal experience and first impression. not trying to hate.
