Thanks really helpful I personally needed this. I am also recovering I rested for couple of weeks and began with very light work outs. Talking 2-3 reps for 3 sets

Mines finally getting much better now – can do full body weight hangs & lat pulldowns. Still not doing overhead press & weight on many exercises is low. 8.5 months later – two small tendon tears in left shoulder & bursitis

Hi Ed. I struggle with shoulder pain as well. I've been doing some of the rehab exercises you do with the band but with a 6lb dumbbell for about 2 months and got a lot better. My favorite movement was Handstands and I wasn't able to do those anymore, but later I'm feeling better and I was able to handstand for a shot period of time aldo still with some pain. Thanks for the vid Ed, I'm new to calithenics, I've just been at it for 4 months, but I've noticed some slight pain in my shoulder, I have a dr appt booked for a referral. But I have also noticed these excersices helping. I don't want to give up as I'm really enjoying it. Down from 286 to 220 over the last 2 years. But this is the first type of fitness I really enjoy. I got my first push-up this year and now I'm up to 10. Hoping to get my first chin up as well.

I've got pain in my shoulder and the upper corner of my chest- pull movements and muscle ups seem fine as well as handstands but push ups especially explosive push ups and HSPU flair it up- what should I do (as in are the exercises in this video going to help me) because I would like to do HSPU and go back to explosive push ups.

Thanks for posting this. The pain you describe is exactly the issue I'm having. Full range of motion, but a sharp ache when I try to raise my arm with a 90 degree bend, like to do a pull up. I'll try these exercises.

Peace with you too brother and thank you for a very informative video. I had a shoulder dislocation back in July '17 and am waiting for surgery. I've had a lot of negative shit about surgery so need to rehab myself and I'm gonna try your routine. Dude, I'll report back with progress- man, I'm 63 and was told that if I was still 23,things would be better! Haha……. don't I KNOW that?! Thank you for a well presented and informative vid- I'll even try the supplements- bad taste and all!

Really needed to watch this after dealing with rotator cuff issues for a while now. Pretty sure I injured it while doing weighted pull-ups. Appreciate the knowledge bro.

my shoulders hurt for some months now but i dont know if its an injury or just gains. The pain doesnt prevent me from doing excerices but it is still pain. Any recommendations?

I can perform FL and BL and all pull excersises but when I do push related excersises i feel pain in my shoulder. I am thinking of doing my pull excersises and take a rest from the push ones. How long should I rest for and should I skip pull excersisis too?
