Lex, since I train like 3-4 times a week (as a powerlifter) and take preworkout every time would you say I should cycle off at some point? been on preworkout for like a couple months but have no other caffeine intake

Lex question, your squat station in the gym. The floor looks soft, is it just the looks or is the floor really soft? Because squats are better and easier on a hard surface. And really happy for you man!! finally squats and benching again. Keep up the good work!!!

Hi Lex! but for the voiceover edit do you do the footage first and the audio on top of it or the reverse? you make the audio and then adjust the scenes of the footage accrdingly?

hi Lex as u know I'm on the road to getting healthier, fitter and stronger I get to my local gym 5 days a week in morning where I manage 45 min workout as I'm just work on form I'm 47 5'6" and 17 stone so working on weight lose will u do any video for chest back and arms which is slowed down to show correct form ? Also as I have bad knee's would compression work for me look forward to hearing back from u 💪🤘👍

I also have an shoulder impingement on my left shoulder since 1 1/2 years and its still not getting better. Could you do a video on how it affected your training ? Like which exercises you did and which you tried to avoid?

Lex, your a smart human with a lovely beard so could you help moi? I'm 17 years old reaching 18 in December. I weigh roughly 90kg and I'm about 6ft. My goal is to change my somatotype and lose body fat. So how much macros/ carbs should I have/ consume a day? Much appreciated!

hey man, if you take for example your own EHP labs cratine product ( 5 grams) does it contain like 20-25g of protein as well in that scoop or do you need to buy another product for protein intake supplements? thank you

That's a good video! Thanks for the tips on squatting and other workout techniques. I am also struggling to improve my squat technique since I was diagnosed with knee injury (internal meniscus tear on both knees unfortunately). So it's good to know I'm not the only one in this battle to get better shaped legs. Thank you Lex!

Just started following you Lex, a fellow Northerner, I'm from Preston! I'm on the vacuum challenge, seeing greater control already after only one week. I am working one muscle group per day, all training done outside in garden, got everything i need from squating station, chin up bar to full rack of dumbbells and olympic plates, eating clean, training hard, (now with bobble hat due to weather change…), now with flood lights in garden for extra safety (not much give when you walk into a squat rack in the dark). Keep up the great video! Michael Baines

Lex, what's the advantage to using single arm vs two arm dumbbell shoulder presses for shoulder development? It seems that the only difference is the engagement of the core. Thanks

how do you decide which muscle groups to train on a session? is it usually opposite(chest/back, biceps/triceps) or what I would call complimentary(back/biceps, chest/triceps) or is it just random depending on what you have done previously?

Been lifting for 2 years but not much improvement. All I hear is "you don't look like you lift". Been following every advice from you guys and just keeping it positive. I may be one of the slow gainer types but still keeping it positive and looking forward to my gains over the next few years.
