I think that people often forget that your overall weight isn't a good example of your results. You may have lost weight in fat and gained it in muscle, like she said! If you're looking for results, look at how you feel and how much less excess fat you have. That number on the scale has nothing on the actual results of your hard work!

Can sm tell me if my routine is right so I do 3 workout vid which is 1. Warm up 2. Full body 3. Abs workouts and for the meals I eat whatever I like but less sweets and smaller portions
