I've been watching your channel, PureBullfit & Shredded Sports Science for a while now, watching honest, open people who are committed to their goals & to learning constantly so that their advice & processes are the best that they can be has given me the biggest boost to my motivation & commitment that I've ever had & what's giving me the most hope & strength is hearing frank & quite honestly beautiful, raw statements about overcoming personal injuries & setbacks & I can't thank you all enough or understate the importance of what you're putting out there, this is exactly what everyone, but especially what people with injuries/illnesses, need to hear. Yep I also have a herniated disc and a bulging disc that caused instant, immobilizing spasms that literally take one’s breath away. But the best thing I did to become free of the immobilizing pain was to ruck and lift. Counter intuitive but doing strength work that included my back made the pain go away.
