Hi Omar. When I'm working out, I notice quite a distincton between strenght training and hypertrophy training for pec muscles, the former being primarily incline/decline pressing, the latter being flat benching. I feel like when I do flat benching first, I have insufficient strength left for incline/decline pressing and vice versa. Do you recommend doing strenght and hypertrophy training each on separate days, or should I stick to a certain order of performing exercises when I'm training my chest?
I watched this 4 times before I went training just for the nipple slips.
