#DONE I needed this cardio challenge. I feel like some days I'm doing cardio but I'm not pushing myself. However, today made me work harder which I need as I am 47 and my metabolism is starting to slow down but not my appetite 😜. Love having both cardio and toning in the same workout for the reason I mentioned earlier slower metabolism. The muscle toning helps to maintain a higher metabolism as we age. 💪🍑

Hello Lucy. I started doing your challanges since this June. It was first time I was doing HIIT. After each 4 minute workout, I used to be completely exhausted. Now I can do 15-20 mins of your HIIT workouts 🙂. Your videos work for me, because I keep following you and listening to you, that way I don't need to keep track of the seconds/counts. This significantly diverts my mind from realizing how long I have been doing 🤗

This one is tough! Especially the jumping squats I normally do the high impact ones for this I had to switch to low impact and even stopped to make sure my legs were still there! Love the challenge, thanks for your work Lucy! ❤️
