I have been meaning to comment. I love your workouts and have been doing them for ages and recommending to friends. This one is great as a short burst one. Please can we have more pure swing based short workouts?

My new favourite quick (and sweaty) workout. Love that warm up and cool down stretches are included (sometimes the temptation to skip is too strong, if they aren't included) and love the no repeaters between cardio. And I mean who doesn't love jump rope !!! Thank you
