So, this work out was definitely out of my league🤣… I started jumping rope about a month ago, no tricks just jumping. I have made lots of progress so I thought I'd try this! Yikes 😱! I tried a few tricks, but in the end I decided to just keep jumping with single jumps and used the active rests. I enjoyed it and now I see how I can get better!!

I will start this challenge 29 June, i will do it for 30 min every day and I will tell u every week what happened iam 62kg and my tall is 163 its good but I want to be 52kg so yeah and also I will do intermittent fasting with that ✌👌
it means I will eat what I want in 8 hours then I will fast 16 only drinking water ☺💓

Kelli, For two days I am following this workout. I can't do even 25 seconds at a time of simple bounce but as you said its fun. Can you give us more jump rope workouts ? Jump rope really accentuates the abdominal muscles.

Do any women with breasts do this workout? On the other hand I'd like to know where you get your bra from, impressive lack of movement. Or impressive breasts, which ever way you'd like to look at it. Mine would take my eyes out.
