Wohooo I managed to finish it, but to be honest… Whenever I see Kelli doing Jumping Jacks I cry little inside (those are killers for me) 😀
I did this exact workout for all of summer (two or three months) and I ended up with an amazing body with curves and toned arms and legs. Thank you so much! I'm gonna start doing it again so i don't get flabby!
Can I do any of your workouts while pregnant? I did insanity before pregnant but I need tone it down I guess

Yo yo… Very good clip. My dad was formerly an obese man. He went from 283lbs of pure fat into 213lbs of genuine muscle mass. We thought it was mind-blowing! Seeing Kelli struggle through the plank and still keep going with determination is what kept me going throughout! Incredibly effective 10 minutes that definitely gets the heart rate up and going! Also enjoyed a spike in curiosity after each jumping jack set! Thank you, FB!
For the first time I did not struggle with the static plank…not I just have to get push ups down…
