How many times a week should I do this workout? Also should I mix it up and do other workouts or will this workout alone, if done regularly work? I had a baby 10 months ago and desperately need areas toning.

Hi Lucy, this is such a great workout! I don't know much about hiit workouts though, so do you just do one per day? To maximise results, should I stick with the same workout? I want to work on my upper legs and hip area the most as that is where I am most self-concious, would this one be a good place to start? xx
