Woke up and did this after a bad night's sleep – feeling so much more energetic, but those curtsies always seem to defeat me!

Such a good workout to finish! Was praying the whole time that squat jumps wouldn't be sneakily thrown in at the end so thank you for keeping them out haha xx

I'm so grateful for the easier options because I broke my hip last year and I'm often only able to do them, it makes me so happy I can still do these, thanks Lucy! Xx

I have completed Day 26 of the January Challenge. It was a great HIIT workout. It has been a challenging week for me which is why I couldn't complete the Challenge Workout Wednesday or Thursday (on my schedule). Yet I did it! And now onto the last toning workout! Thank you Lucy!

Hey, Lucy! OMG, I'm just totally in love with your channel and your workouts! ❤️❤️❤️ I didn't join the challenge last month cause I didn't get to know your channel yet, but I will definitely do it through February. I just have one question: are your 4 minutes HIIT workouts enough to do once in a day or should I do something else (or do it more than one time in the day)? Really hope you answer this one. Kisses from Brazil 😊💋

I didn't expect a 4 minute workout to do much but I am sweating now! This is the first I have done and i will definitely do more of these, thank you 🙂

Hey Lucy
Have just silently been doing these workouts a month late (better late than never right! haha). I have enjoyed them so much that come thursday after the rest day I am totally going to start up the 100 rep full body workout videos to keep up the routine 🙂 thanks so much for these challenges!

Hey Lucy, I've had a rough couple of days. I really had to force myself to get up and do this workout. And I'm so glad I did, not only do I feel ten thousand time better, but when you talked about all the no's getting you to where you are now it made me feel stronger and more determined to get the other stuff sorted. Thanks go #lucyssquad xxx

#done #lucyssquad .. last HIIT for the january challenge! love the structure of these challenges. Life is so busy. It makes it a lot easier to have these to follow on a daily basis. This was my second time doing this challenge. Will be going to do the February one for the next series. #LucyRocks
