Quick Full Body Stretches & Cool Down – Joanna Soh Official

Full Body Stretches / Cool Down is as important as your workout! Here’s a quick full body stretching routine which you should do after every workout.

Hold each stretch for 15 secs, release gentle and hold it again for another 15secs.
If you want to improve on your flexibility, you are encouraged to do this entire routine twice and stretch everyday.

You're a great coach. I'd love to watch all your videos. I was doing walking videos with Leslie Sanson, but even though her videos are good, she does not emphasize stretching at all- only walking slowly to being the heart rate down and a couple of stretches. This video made me feel like my all muscles are happy after the workout. Thanks!

the arms&shoulders stretch makes my upper arm close to the back pretty hurts afterward ;(

I know it's an old video, but I was hoping you could respond to my question. I'm also going to be looking on the internet, but I wanted your personal opinion. I wanted to know when you can tell when you should stop your exercise and start the stretches. I get tired very easily, and I'm constantly wondering whether I should push myself for one more minute before I stop the exercise and start stretching. However, I don't want to over strain myself or do any serious harm to my body. How can you tell when it is a good time to stop and when you should just keep pushing for a few more minutes? Thanks!

Your exercises are too good, you are a motivator…well done!

It will be great if you could include 'shawasan' , a asan in yoga which is done after any exercise routine. In this you are lying ,( resting ) on the ground like a dead body, slowly releasing all the tention on muscle. Kind of a short meditation where u r out from ur bodily feelings.
Would like to see a video on that!

I loved this it really helps me calm down after my workout and this was my first time. I am super in flexible so this time when I did this I heard my mussels crack 3 times! Lol great job! I love it! 😀

I felt my shoulder sore and i am not sure was it caused by the arm exercise that i did yesterday nor my bad habit of forcing my arms to use smartphone until my entire body feels so stiff. After doing this scretches, i feel my shoulder isnt sore anymore. Thank you:D
