Just a quick question. When I use my 1RM to calculate how many reps I should do with a certain weight(70%, 80% 95% of 1RM), for this to be a correct figure/weight, do I calculate this from a 1RM with perfect form or a all out 1RM? Awesome channel btw!

Omar.. Please Preach about Bone clicking/popping… I have no problems with my shoulders and the mobility is good but I have constant popping in my socket when I do lateral raises or even just shoulder rotation drills… It doesn't hurt but it pisses me off sumthin terrible.. Whats the deal with it ??.

Wow… this just helped me a ton. I've been struggling with shoulder pain on low-bar squats, and I was looking at shoulder rolls(standing and on all 4s) and noticed pain with retraction and lowering while doing those.

Just did this with my door and the pain is basically gone, excited to see how my squats go tomorrow!

So after I did the self diagnosis and did the exercises against the wall I ended up having more pain in my shoulder. Is that expected or a sign of something bigger?
