So this is only day TWO of doing Lucy's workouts – this video and then the 10 minute 2016 workout yesterday…WOW – my butt, thighs are quite sore (which means it's working lol).
I used to spend hours in the gym and was miserable, now I can do 5/10/15 minute workouts and get probably better results AND feel happy about it.

I'm doing your exercise 7 day challenge and get rid of back fat and it's really showing positive results. I'm getting good comments from everyone. But my Butt is very big and shapeless so can you please suggest me some exercise to reduce butt fat and make size small.
