Came across this video today while searching for your morning routine. Did the morning one in the afternoon 😄But did this right now at bed time. Very relaxing, loving all your workouts. I am a new subscriber and becoming a fan real quick. Have been doing your short hiit and toning workouts and really seen some awesome results. I have shared your videos with my niece and she is slowly getting hooked and enjoying. Now if I can convince my daughter, which I will. Send you a pic of all 3 when we reach the goal…….. I just did this workout, and I feel so good! It's not vigorous enough hype me up when I'm on my way to sleep, but it's also vigorous enough to where I feel like worked my body in the 3 minutes it takes to do this workout. I love it!
