I have been doing your 7 minute workout to lose inches for 7 days now ( including this morning) and just did this workout this evening as I had a lot of energy. I honestly thought I would really struggle as I am a bigger girl but I already feel fitter after a week and did the higher impact exercises which I never thought I could. Loving these workouts, think I will go and do an arm workout now 🙂
