I follow a lot of your workouts but some of the moves I cannot do such as being on my hands wrists bent . I have hardware in my wrists, therefore I cannot bend them or put weight on them. Is there a alternate exercise I can do

The April calendar is totally different, the workouts are longer and very repetitive, I am getting bored, you said you like short and intense workouts and like different exercises, I don’t know why are you doing this now, l am confused 🤷🏻♀️. I loved the March calendar one day leg, other day back,one day full body workout and Friday yoga🧘♀️

Would love more on intuitive nutrition/eating. I'm a recovering cardio bunny 🐰 who used to heavily restrict calories. I'm 38 and really moving away from this because of low energy, injuries, wanting to enjoy life a bit more with my 3 kiddos etc… you are truly an inspiration to me and I'd love to hear more about your approach to food 🙂

Also switch up different times of day to get in my work out as well
As far as yoga. I will tack on most days a full body yoga 15-20 mins. I know not every one has that time I don’t always either but I feel I struggle to maintain flexibility if I do not
