Gymshark fighting shorts would be awesome. The current ones could work at least for training (I may be wrong but I think competition shorts have velcro and drawstring) if they didn't have pockets, but I see why pocketed shorts are the ones made because of versatility.

Lex- I want to switch from a bro split (which uses a power lift followed by auxiliary lifts each day) to a push/pull/leg program. My issue is, on push I will have a 7/5/3 power lift of bench and OHP. How can I have two power lifts in on session let alone all the chest and auxiliary movements? Seems like I would have to neglect one or the other. Thanks in advance

Lex _ what do you think about essential nutrients? How many do you think we need everyday to function effectively. Why is Vit D so essential in hormone regulation and production? What do you think about gluten and why is it so difficult to breakdown the amino acid in the Intestine? Do you think this causes the vilii in the intestine to breakdown and cause inflammation? What do you think about balancing the GI tracts flora and fauna?

Essential supplements. For health in general and to ensure you get the best gains in a GYM it is necessary to supplement with Essential Nutrients. The theory that you can get the nutrients you need from your foods alone is outdated. Foods today are not the equal of yester year! Look, most of my notifications are are about FITNESS and all I'm getting from this channel now is MMA shit. There are MMA channels I could subscribe to and boxing channels that I do subscribe to, but the boxing channels stay relevant to boxing and Lex Fitness is now not relevant to FITNESS.
